MASP – Master Parenting in Work and Life

The MASP project aims to develop and test an innovative work-life balance strategy and promote female employment through the organization of innovative take-up paths aimed at unemployed women, based on the recognition of transversal skills and attentive to gender specificity.

The action will facilitate the access/re-entry to the labor market of women with care loads; it will improve work-life balance; it will transform the parents’ experience into an opportunity to develop transversal skills, also useful for a professional career; it will encourage fathers’ family leave.

The Project: MASP aims to change the perspective of balance between work and private life moving towards a work-life synergy concept, to encourage a more equal share of care responsibilities between women and men and to stimulate higher female participation in the labor market.

Project activities include: research and analysis of best practices at national and European level of work-life balance strategies; sharing of best practices through workshops and study visits; training activities for employers, management consultants and staff of employment services; dissemination and communication activities; social impact and policy evaluation.
