In particular, she coordinates the teaching staff and supports them in the design of the training contents and learning outcomes of the courses carried out by AICCON and The FundRaising School; furthermore, she supports AICCON's Research Area on project management, European opportunities for social enterprises. She is specialised in project management and European Funds. In 2013, she worked for CNA Forlì-Cesena/ISB-Italian Small Business in Europe as advisor on European policies and financial opportunities for SMEs. She worked as project manager and Communication & Press Office manager at Anima Mundi, a social co-operative dealing with environmental sustainability, education and social services. Concerning the training curriculum, she graduated in the master on Management of Co-operative firms and non-profit organisations at the University of Bologna and in Economics of International Cooperation and Development at University "La Sapienza. She has also two professional qualifications in European Project Management.
